The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Everything was easily accessible as it was situated in a car-free zone in the village center. Being in such a central location made it convenient to explore the town and enjoy its attractions.

There were no boot dryers provided, which was inconvenient after a day of skiing with wet boots.

I like it's location in heart of the bad hofgaisten near supermarket and coffeeshop and restaurants and many small shops.my experience was best to take rest from bassy deily life.

There isn't any laundry in the place and the apartment doesn't have washing machine in the room or in the basement which is big and empty.the whole city don't have laundry for cloth or any service like.

The staff were all absolutely friendly. We were just 5 minutes' walk away from Alpentherme Gastein.

The apartments are nicely furnished and have a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the traditional and elegant decor. The kitchenettes in the apartments are fully equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals during my stay. The free Wi-Fi access was great, allowing me to stay connected and browse the internet effortlessly. The balcony with mountain views was a wonderful addition to the studio apartment. I enjoyed starting my day with a beautiful view. The studio apartment layout was perfect for me, with a combined sleeping and living room that provided ample space. The private bathroom with shower and toilet in the studio apartment was clean and functional. I really liked the entrance hall in the apartment, which had a fully equipped kitchenette for added convenience. It was great to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels in each apartment, providing entertainment options during my stay.

Personally, I would have preferred a slightly bigger bed in the combined sleeping and living room of the apartment.

The rooms are very tidy, clean, comfortable and compact, but very useful. Kitchenete has everything you need for cooking. Location is superb: spa center is 50 meters away, bus station is 10 meters away. In front of hotel there's a beautiful church. Supermarkets are 50-100 meters away.

Mountain Views and South-Facing Balconies: The highlight of my stay was waking up to breathtaking mountain views from my south-facing balcony. It felt like having my own private slice of paradise, with the mountains acting as majestic guardians.

Reception Location: Reception being situated at another property across the square was a minor inconvenience.

The apartments were recently refurbished and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and hairdryer. The central location was convenient, with a ski bus stop and supermarket nearby. We also enjoyed the quietness of the apartments, despite being in the center of town.

There was a hidden cleaning fee that was not included in the room rate, which was a substantial cost. The bed was relatively small and not comfortable for tall men.
